Charles F Manning is the founder and CEO of  Kochava. Kochava is a leading mobile attribution analytics platform serving tier-one advertisers world-wide. Prior to founding Kochava, Charles founded PLAYXPERT - which started as a gaming technology platform and after licensing that tech to Razer, we started to focus our time on building engagement platforms for entrepreneurs and agencies. After realizing that there were no standard platforms that provided attribution or post-install analytics that were worth a darn in mobile - we built one (Kochava was born). We also run gamerDNA (on the side) which tracks game play, achievements, and provides game recomendations across multiple platforms (XBOX360, PS3, Steam, Xfire, Social & Mobile games).

Manning worked at Managed Objects reporting to the CEO as the VP of Product Management. Managed Objects is an enterprise software company selling Business Service Management (BSM) solutions to Global 2000 customers. Having defined the BSM market in 2000 and continuing to innovate today, Managed Objects is the analyst proclaimed leader in BSM. Managed Objects’ innovative platform, rich features, and referencable customers are a testament to Manning’s ability to manage key relationships and position Managed Objects properly with the analyst community, identify critical applications of technology for a given market, and work with various groups internal to a software company to get things done. Manning was essential to Managed Objects growth from an operational process and sales perspective having been involved at some level with the close of over 90% of every deal since he joined.

M-Code was a software development company recognized by Oracle with the “Best Use of Oracle Technology Award” at Open World 2001. Its Nervous System Software provided agent-based enabling infrastructure that centrally managed health, availability, and performance of applications at tha application level. Charles founded the company, developed the initial product, hired the initial team, and sold the initial customers. M-Code was acquired by Managed Objects and is called the Managed Objects Business Experience Manager.

PLAYXPERT provides in-game community management tools for gamers of PC games and Massively Multiplayer Online Games. PLAYXPERT delivers unique in-game overlay technology and combines it with an extensible widget architecture allowing gamers to stay in game while using the tools they require. Initial widgets include trillian style chat (works with other chat networks like XFire, Yahoo, AOL, and MSN), multiple content widgets allowing access to key content while in game (Armory, Thottbot, Wowhead, WoWWiki, GameFAQs), a variety of tools widgets including TeamSpeak or Ventrilo and a full-featured clan management widget. PLAYXPERT also operates gamerDNA (http://www.gamerdna.com) which aggregates game data for players across all major gaming platforms.
